May 6, 2002 and was originally established as
an alternative cornerstone for those who want

world of the internet. However, the company also
maintains its link to where it all started, broadcast
journalism and to date, it has focused its business
activities in establishing itself as an independent
news gathering group.

organization is founded by Cecilio A. Soliman
and Bernadine M. Bernardo, who are involved in
their respective chosen profession, completely
outside of the information technology industry
but have made a decision to build a haven for
future "netizens" " or citizens
on the internet. Both partners are firm in believing
that the future is still being woven through the
internet. The partners also believe in the importance
of bringing the news and information to a broad
spectrum of people in the Philippines and to the
whole world.
