SBCOm
established Newsworks - Manila in the year
2003 by a group of broadcast journalists who has
had a wide array of experience and involvement
in television network operations specifically
in news & current affairs. The team is basically
a multi-faceted set of specialists whose extent
of experience enables them to become effective
in any given task. Involvement in the broadcast
industry spans more than a decade and a half.
Professional experience range from program development,
to news and current affairs division operation
to developing an all news channel for cable and
for a commercial television station. Our partners'
education background range from the regular journalist
and broadcast engineers to people who hold degrees
such as political science, business, management,
microbiology, fine arts, information technology
and instead of pursuing their specializations,
went into broadcast journalist. This is our passion
and this is where we are at our best.

Webwurks
took over the operations of LeoDen Webmakers Philippines
in 2002. LeoDen was first established on July of 1997
when its original founders decided to make a break into
the then growing and lucratively profitable internet
business. In the new millenium when the internet bubble
burst, the group decided to lie-low and was later revived
to manage new projects. The organization has produced
various web sites and business portals for several organizations
in the Philippines and in the United States in the interim.
In 2002, Webwurks opened its retail services group,
franchising its internet cafe or stations to prospective
partners.

organization has an extensive linkages with various
government and non-government organizations thus enabling
it to easily access resources for possible story development
and internet related services. The organization has
humbly invested on hardware to build it self a "strike
anywhere - strike anytime" capability in covering
unfolding or developing news events or emerging trends.
